My Approach

I have worked for over 15 years in international development cooperation — a field marked by high responsibility, complex dynamics, and constantly shifting demands. Over time, I realized that my real work was not only about structure or proposal writing; it was about people. I intuitively sensed what clients truly wanted, what teams were able and willing to deliver, and the invisible dynamics shaping decisions.

Coaching gave a name to something I was already doing naturally. Today, I support people in finding clarity, understanding the patterns that shape their choices, and making decisions that honor their inner truth.

My coaching is intuitive, calm, and structured. I pay attention to your energy — what lights you up, what weighs you down, what you avoid. At the same time, I bring structure grounded in reality, helping you turn insight into a realistic next step.
